If you lose your device

In the event that your device with the app installed is lost, you can still access your myGov account using your sign-in backup method. App timer and code

A new 6-digit code is generated by the app every 30 seconds. Please note that a countdown timer starts anew with each code generation. You will have 30 seconds to utilize the code before it expires.
